Law Student Internships – We host law students for full-time summer and part-time semester positions. To provide a broad experience in federal criminal practice, we assign students to projects with attorneys in our capital habeas and trial units.
Investigation and Mitigation Internships – Students in this program receive an introduction to post-conviction record reviews, witness interviews, and sentence mitigation skills through directly-supervised in-house and/or field work.
Paralegal Internships - Our capital habeas paralegal internship program provides an excellent introduction to basic paralegal skills as well as advanced software and digital file management systems.
